Lieutenant General Tran Quang Khue, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of VPA making remarks on the field. He highly valued the good preparation and efforts of the participants. He stressed that the success of the coming exercise will confirm VPA’s role and position, creating good images of VPA in the eyes of international friends. It will be also a good chance for VPA to learn experience on HADR from participating countries.
