Troubled fishermen rescued at sea
PANO – Ship 952 under the Naval Forces on April 7 was sent to rescue a troubled fisherman on fishing boat DNa 90532 TS in Da Nang city.
Earlier, the captain of trawler DNa 90532TS had to send mayday alert as one of the fishermen went into convulsions while fishing at sea.

After receiving the information, the Office of the National Committee for Search and Rescue asked the Maritime Rescue Coordination Center, the Border Guard, and the Coast Guard to connect with the trawler and the Navy then sent ship 952 for the rescue mission.
* Fisherman Nguyen Khiem, a native from Quang Ngai province, on trawler QNg 95681TS was paralyzed due to blood pressure-lowering disease while fishing at sea.
The patient was received by the staff of Truong Sa Island Infirmary.
The doctors examined him, gave first aid to the patient and asked the trawler's captain to take him ashore for further treatment.
