Thousand tons of goods handed over to pandemic-hit people
PANO – Brigade 125 of Naval Region 2 held a conference, chaired by its Commanding Officer Naval Captain Vo Dinh Chien, to review COVID-19 prevention and control work in 2021 on November 3.
Over the past time, the brigade has fully embraced directions and instructions of the higher levels, effectively implemented pandemic prevention and control regulations with the spirit of “fighting the pandemic is like fighting the enemy.”

In addition, the unit has also strictly managed people entering barracks, expanded vaccination for troops, worked with Thu Duc city (in Ho Chi Minh City)’s authorities to deliver over two thousand tons of goods to infected cases and medical forces.
Addressing the event, Naval Captain Chien hailed the unit’s efforts in the COVID-19 fight. He also requested the troops to continue grasping directions and instructions on the pandemic prevention and control and being ready to support pandemic hotbeds.
On this occasion, the Naval Region 2 Command and Brigade 125 honored 18 outstanding individuals in the fight against COVID-19.
