Communes' cadres in military training time

PANO – Military Zone 2 has recently upgraded the region’s militia forces, which account for 1.9% of the regional population.

Improving political perception for paramilitary and militia was one of the main points in the plan of the MZ 2; as a result, 40.9% and 14.7% are now the percentages of party members in the respective forces. Moreover, 100% of chiefs at grassroot levels (communes, wards) have participated in the zone’s trainings on managerial skills and 80.5% of them have a position in their local party committees.

In the first 6 months, paramilitary and militia often took part in rehearsals and drills to set up defensive areas, to fight against fire and explosions, and to rescue victims from floods and storms.
