After the inspections, Gen. Chien spoke highly of the remarkable outcomes obtained by the agencies and units last year, emphasizing that in the time to come, they should enhance collaboration, actively follow local situational developments, and well manage border gates while giving timely recommendations to local party committees and authorities to complete military-defense tasks and handle all circumstances, as well as strictly maintaining combat readiness posture and conducting training work close to reality.
Meanwhile, they should strictly implement directives and regulations on the organization of the lunar New Year celebrations 2024, and ensure traffic safety, fire and explosion prevention and fighting, and security and order.

On the occasion, Gen. Chien presented gifts of the Central Military Commission (CMC) and MND to the agencies and units and extended Tet greetings to their troops and staff.

Over the past time, Warehouse KV3 has strictly implemented resolutions, directives and orders of higher levels, completing the technical tasks in 2023 and ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.

The defense leader required its party committee and chain-of-command to implement higher levels' directives on Tet celebrations, maintain combat readiness posture, and conduct patrols to ensure absolute safety.
The warehouse should closely work with local authorities to inquire after and present gifts to policy beneficiaries, national contributors and poor households.
Gen. Vinh presented gifts of the CMC and MND to troops of Warehouse KV3, wishing them a happy New Year and successful task accomplishment.

On hearing reports on task performances, Gen. Nghia hailed the achievements gained by troops and staff of the units, noting that they should observe combat readiness regulations to ensure safety in all aspects. He took the occasion to extend Tet greetings to the unit's officers, soldiers, military workers, and their families.
