During the talks, FLN Party’s leadership conveyed their regards to Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and other leaders of the Party and State of Vietnam. They highly praised Vietnam’s important achievements in Party building, national development, increasing prestige and position in international arena under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), led by Party chief Nguyen Phu Trong.

They also took this time to congratulate Vietnam on the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7), the 134th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19) and laid stress on the fruitful time-honored relationship between the FLN Party and the CPV, which was established in 1955.
The Vietnamese official conveyed the regards of Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and other Vietnamese Party and State leaders to Secretary General Abdelkrim Benmbarek and other leaders of the FLN Party and the State of Algeria.
Trung talked about the policies and attainments gained by Vietnam over nearly 40 years of the renewal process, important outcomes in realizing the resolution of the 13th Party Central Committee on socio-economic development, Party building, and perfection of political system.
During the online talks, the two sides agreed to accelerate their cooperation through all-level exchanges and meetings, sharing of experiences in different areas, make contribution to developing multifaceted cooperation between the two countries, expanding people-to-people exchange, and closely cooperating in international forums.
They also reached agreement on discussions to sign a cooperation agreement between the two parties, thus creating a strong political foundation for the two countries’ relations to develop.
