Prime Minister arrives in Tokyo for official visit to Japan
Prime Minister (PM) Nguyen Xuan Phuc, his spouse and a high-ranking delegation of the government arrived at Haneda International Airport in Tokyo at 2:30 pm (local time) of June 4, beginning his five-day official visit to Japan, and for attendance of the 23rd International Conference on the Future of Asia, at the invitation of Japanese PM Shinzo Abe.
As scheduled, an official welcome ceremony and talks between PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe will take place on June 6.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his spouse arrive at Haneda International Airport in Tokyo.
During his stay, the Vietnamese Government leader will deliver a speech at the opening ceremony of the 23rd International Conference on the Future of Asia, and have a dialogue with participants.
He will preside over an investment promotion conference in Tokyo, and witness the signing of cooperation agreements between ministries, sectors and enterprises of the two countries.
The Vietnamese official will also meet with local officials of Japan, and representatives from the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association, and trade organisations.
