Netherlands eyes stronger cooperation with Vietnam
The Government and enterprises of the Netherlands always wish to expand cooperation with Vietnam, Dutch King Willem-Alexander told newly-appointed Vietnamese Ambassador to the country Ngo Thi Hoa.
During a meeting with the Vietnamese diplomat, who presented her credentials to him on January 25, the King expressed his pleasure with the fruitful relations between the two countries as well as Vietnam’s strong development in recent years.

He also recalled his visit to Vietnam in 2011 when he was the Crown Prince.
Ambassador Ngo Thi Hoa said in her tenure, she will do her utmost to enhance mutual understanding and cooperation between Vietnam and the Netherlands.
She expressed her hope that the King will continue promoting the relations between the two countries, affirming that the Netherlands is one of Vietnam’s important economic partners in Europe.
Vietnam appreciates the country’s strength and experience in the fields of strategic partnership cooperation, she stated.
She believed that when the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement takes effect, it will open up many new cooperation opportunities for the two countries’ business communities.
