Mapletree-invested project to build a storage site in the Vietnam-Singapore Bac Ninh Industrial, Urban and Services Zone will commence at the end of September, according to Vietnam-Singapore Urban and Industrial Zone Development Company (VSIP JSC).
According to the Singapore-based company, Mapletree, the international storage site in the Vietnam-Singapore Bac Ninh Zone is its third project of this kind in Vietnam and the first one in the North.
Under the plan, the company will fund US$ 70 million for the project.
At first, it will build stores on the orders from its clients and modern storage and related services systems for lease to serve different demands of customers.
In addition, a container area, including international container depot, will be built there.
