Ha Do Business and Services Joint-Stock Company will invest in a large man-made mineral-water spa resort named Kimono Village in Hanoi, according to the Company’s leaders.
Kimono Village, which is to be built on an area of 2.1 ha in Long Bien District, Hanoi, will contain 3 sections: a man-made mineral spa, health recovery and Japanese restaurant, all to Japanese designs and architectural styles.
The spa has 5 bathing ponds, which have added various minerals to have 5 different health treatment effects, while the healthcare and restaurant sections are located in different spaces.
Nguyen Nhu Hiep, a representative investor in the project, said that a man-made mineral spa is very expensive on one hand and complex in the other, which strictly requires water sources, water treatments and other mineral processes. As a result, there has been no such a project in Vietnam so far.
Even, some say that the investment is risky but the investors are still very optimistic.
Nguyen Nhu Hiep said: “We have carefully considered about the project and we believe that the project has a large potential and that a large number of people will be attracted to Kimono Village as it has unique designs and styles as well as provides comfortable services.”
