80 business in various sectors will be awarded 2010 Golden Dragon Awards for their outstanding contributions to the development of Vietnam’s economy.

Among the awardees, 15 are businesses in finance, banking ,and social insurance; 14 businesses in real estate and services; and 14 others are in construction and building materials.

These awards are organized and have been given annually by the magazine “Vietnam Economic Times” (VET); the Foreign Investment Department; and the Ministry of Planning and Investment for a decade now. This is the 10th consecutive year the awards have been conferred to outstanding businesses.

The awards ceremony will take place on Jan. 22nd with diverse activities and will be broadcast live on the Vietnam Television’s channels. This is also part of the activities to celebrate the 11th National Congress.
