PANO – In order to encourage young people in sound love with Korean K-pop, the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam, in association with the Korean Tourism Office, launched a contest to seek best Vietnamese candidates to join the second international K-pop singing contest to be held in Korea in October.
The first international K-pop singing contest in Vietnam was held in 2011, with the participation of more than 700 contestants nationwide. The best Vietnamese contestants were selected in the “Tuxedo and ao dai” team to compete with 16 other teams over the world. Finally, with an impressing performance, the “Tuxedo and ao dai” team won a second prize in the contest.
Candidates can register from now until July 28th. The final round will be held at the Au Co Art Center in Hanoi on August 30th.
This is a meaningful chance for contestants to demonstrate their talents on the stage.
