In his opening speech, Deputy Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee Dinh Van Thieu emphasized, “The festival is an opportunity to honor the beauty of the sea, promote local cultural values, connect communities and nations, boost sustainable tourism, and build Khanh Hoa’s tourism brand.”

The program, themed “Lighting up the Ocean,” comprised three segments: Colors of the Sea, Dance of Lights, and Rhythm of the Waves. The musical event combined youthful, vibrant performances with modern sound, lighting, and technology effects, creating a distinctive impression of nature, the sea, and local people.
The closing high-altitude fireworks display created a romantic seafront scene, inviting visitors to experience the vibrant and brilliant summer days of Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa.
The Sea Culture and Tourism Festival 2025 features nearly 40 activities, including art performances, cultural and sports events, cuisine showcases, and environmental protection campaigns, taking place from late May through June.
