A scene in "Road To Berlin"

Particularly, the Italian Film Festival will take place in Hanoi from November 13 to 17 and in HCM City from December 17 to 22.

Six Italian films will be screened, including “Dafne,” “Bangla,” “Twin Flower,” “Sole,” “Quaffer” and “If only.” These films will be screened after being approved by the Vietnam Cinema Department.

According to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the film festival will be held in localities where the COVID-19 pandemic is under control and in line with disease prevention and control regulations issued by the Ministry of Health.

* In addition, the Russian Film Week will open in Hanoi from December 9 to 13.

The event is co-hosted by the National Cinema Center, Department of International Cooperation, Vietnam Cinema Department and Russian Embassy in Vietnam.

It is also part of the activities to mark the 75th anniversary of the Soviet Union’s Victory in the Great Patriotic War (1945-2020), the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam-Russia diplomatic ties (1950-2020) and the Vietnam-Russia Cross Year 2019-2020.
