PANO – The Belgium Embassy in Hanoi will hold “Belgium Week in Vietnam” to celebrate its King’s Day (15 November) from 12 to 19, November.
The events will be taken place in two big cities Hanoi and HCM city to showcase Belgium’s traditional culture to Vietnamese people and honor general achievements in cooperation between Vietnam and Belgium as well as introduce new cooperation orientations of the two nations in the future.

During the event, a number of cultural activities will be held on 12 November in Hanoi and on 18 November in HCM city. Besides, famous jazz pianist Jef Neve will perform in Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam (Temple of Literature) (Hanoi) and in The Municipal Theatre of Ho Chi Minh City, known as Saigon Opera House.
In addition, participants will be introduced to the Belgian culture, literature, cinema, education, regions, cities, nature and enterprises as well as relations between Vietnam and Belgium on 13 November at Ecopark in Hung yen province.
On the occasion, the organizing panel will also announce winners of the “My Belgium” photo contest.
