The highlight of the festival is the competition between fan clubs and outstanding dance groups in Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh City. The best performances will be filmed to participate in the qualifying round of the World K-pop Competition in RoK this year.

Director of the centre Park Nark-jong said that the festival is part of activities to mark the 10th founding anniversary of the centre. Festival goals include creating an active and colorful playgroup for Vietnamese K-pop lovers, as well as boosting cultural exchange between Vietnam and RoK.
