Swiss Ambassador to Vietnam Thomas Gass speaks at the press conference. |
According to Swiss Ambassador to Vietnam Thomas Gass, the BridgeFest 2024 is scheduled to take place at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square in Hanoi on November 2. The annual event, the sixth of its kind, will be open to the public and is set to welcome all spectators coming to enjoy the vibrant and stylish music on offer. The ambassador stressed it is not governments or international organizations, but each individual is to protect the earth and heal the world in order for younger generations to have a green and healthy planet as well as close-knit society.
Music has a special connecting power and strong influence, regardless of races, ethnicities, religions, professions, genders... The organizers of BridgeFest hope via music to promote and share good cultural values of different countries. As countries and races better understand one another, they will work together to create a better world.
This year, 40 social organizations, enterprises, and youth clubs from across the country will join a space to introduce their activities, with a specific focus on resolving social problems related to the environment, health care, education and gender equality.
The BridgeFest 2024 will deliver spectacular performances for audiences to enjoy, spread a meaningful message about sustainable development and community connection, and popularize positive values towards a better future.
