PANO - The “Four countries-One destination” Forum on connecting tourism and expanding cooperation in the banking sector among Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam will take place from July 30th to August 1st in Myanmar, as announced by the Vietnam National Tourism Administration and BIDV at a press briefing on July 25th in Hanoi.

The forum came from BIDV’s initiative with the aim of boosting the four countries’ tourism and banking cooperation, making contributions to effective improvement of economic cooperation between Vietnam and the three countries.
During the forum, there will be a variety of events, such as the Tourism Ministers’ Meeting, an introduction of culture, country, people and landscapes of the four countries, the inaugural ceremonies of a BIDV branch and a Hoang Anh Gia Lai’s five-star hotel in Myanmar.
Such a forum is expected to be held biennially.
