PANO - A special 4-day photo exhibition on the Truong Sa (Spratly) Islands will be opened to visitors at the Exhibition Center, 45 Trang Tien, Hanoi.

Titled "Truong Sa in the heart of Hanoi", the exhibition will showcase the first-ever comprehensive collection of 100 marvelous photos featuring all 33 islands of the Truong Sa Islands of Vietnam.

The special event, which is in celebration of the Lunar New Year 2017, is organized by the Youth Club for the Homeland’s Seas and Islands of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in coordination with the Navy Command.

The photos, which were taken by professional and amateur photographers from all parts of the country during their trips to the Truong Sa Islands, demonstrate the Vietnamese love for the country’s seas and islands.

Especially, as the exhibition is set be on display from December 31, 2016 to January 3, 2017 at Trang Tien, a walking street in the heart of Hanoi, it will draw much attention from local people and international visitors.

The exhibition will also raise fund to donate NT60 water purifiers for troops and people on the Truong Sa Islands.
