The national flag carrier will operate seven flights per week to Bali Island; however, due to restriction at Ngurah Rai International Airport, it will run only five trips to the island from October 27 to the end of March 2020. The flights will depart from HCM City at 11:10, and return flights will take off from Bali at 16:50 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.

This is the second route of Vietnam Airlines to Indonesia following the HCM City-Jakarta one launched in December 2012.

As for the HCM City – Phuket route, flights are scheduled to take off at 15:50 from HCM City and 18:40 from Phuket on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. The carrier plans to increase the frequency of the flights to seven per week from the end of March 2020.

Besides, Vietnam Airlines will re-operate the Da Nang city - Bangkok route from October 27. Flights will leave Da Nang at 15:20, and Bangkok at 18:00 daily.

Deputy General Director at Vietnam Airlines Le Hong Ha said the new routes affirm the carrier’s commitment to expanding its network and bringing convenience to the customers. In addition, Vietnam Airlines’ charter flights will facilitate traveling of visitors from the EU, Japan, the Republic of Korea and many others countries to Bali and Phuket.

All flights on the routes will be performed with the use of Airbus A321 aircraft with four-star international quality service.

On the occasion, Vietnam Airlines offers a discount of up to 50 percent for two-way tickets to Bali and Phuket. Accordingly, passengers can buy round-trip tickets on HCM City-Phuket route from USD 19 , and HCM City-Bali route from USD 69 during September 20 to November 10.

The same time, two-way tickets on Da Nang-Bangkok route can be purchased at preferential price from USD 15.

Airfares can be bought on Vietnam Airlines website, mobile application, and ticket offices or official agents of the carrier.
