The Six Senses Hotel on Con Dao Island in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province ranks 19th in the list of the world’s best 52 hotels in 2011, according to a vote of the American famous magazine “Travel and Leisure”.

This first five-star resort on Con Dao Island covers an area of 13ha along a 1.6km coast, with all of its 50 wooden villas on the water front with simple design and secluded swimming pools.

Last year, the Six Senses resort also gained the first title of Building Design and Construction in the world for small-scale hotels at the International Commercial Property Awards 2010 sponsored by the American Bloomberg Channel.
