Bamboo Airways transports relief supplies to flood-hit areas
PANO – Bamboo Airways transports relief supplies free of charge, donated by agencies, organizations, enterprises and groups and individuals, to flood-stricken residents in the Central region today.
According to its announcement, the carrier does not charge transport fees, fuel surcharges and other fees related to air transportation of reflief supplies.

Transport of relief supplies for flood-hit residents is considered a priority and the supplies will be transported for free on the Bamboo Airway’s flights from Hanoi and HCM City to Vinh (Nghe An province), Dong Hoi (Quang Binh), Chu Lai (Quang Nam) and Da Nang city.
Supplies eligible for free transport are relief packages from the Vietnam Fatherland Front organizations at all levels, provincial and municipal People’s Committees, the Vietnam Red Cross Society chapters and any other domestic and foreign charitable organizations, and individuals.
In addition, the airline also says that relief supplies need to be securely-wrapped and divided into packages of under 40kg each.
