After two days adrift, the three fishermen in Ly Son special zone, Quang Ngai province, are found and rescued alive.

According to local authorities, on November 6 afternoon, a few hours before the storm was forecast to make landfall in the central region, a resident of Tay An Vinh hamlet jumped into the sea near Ly Son port due to personal reasons. Witnessing the incident, Sanh and Quang paddled a coracle to rescue him.

After pulling him out of the water, the three were unable to row back to shore due to rough seas. Although local forces and fishermen launched search efforts, the strong waves and high winds swept all three further out to sea. Fortunately, after two days adrift, the three were found and rescued alive.

The bravery and selfless actions of Quang and Sanh have been widely praised by authorities and island residents, who regard their deeds as a shining example of compassion and the spirit of solidarity shown in times of hardship and natural disaster.
