Khanh Hoa provincial leaders send Tet greetings to troops and islanders in Truong Sa

At the beginning of the program, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Khanh Hoa provincial People’s Council Nguyen Khac Toan delivered a speech to celebrate the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, recalling the glorious history and the remarkable achievements of the Party as well as of the Khanh Hoa provincial Party Committee over the past 95 years.

In a solemn atmosphere, provincial leaders presented 55-, 60-, and 65-year Party membership badges to Party members who have made significant contribution to the national revolutionary cause. They also honored the contribution of policy households, Vietnamese heroic mothers, heroes of the People’s Armed Forces, and those who dedicated themselves to the struggle for national liberation and defense.

On the occasion, Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Khanh Hoa provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan, extended Tet greetings to officers, soldiers, and islanders in Truong Sa island district. He also reaffirmed the support of the Khanh Hoa provincial Party Committee, authorities, and people in particular, as well as the entire nation, toward Truong Sa.

An art performance at the event

During the program, the provincial leaders presented gifts to relatives of troops and islanders and received VND 21 billion from organizations and individuals in the province to support the Khanh Hoa Fisheries Development Support Fund.
