Free oxygen ATM stations launched in Hanoi
PANO – A ceremony was held on January 5 to launch free oxygen ATM stations along with oxygen coordination activities to support COVID-19 patient treatment at home in Hanoi.
The event was jointly organized by the Hanoi chapter of the Vietnam Youth Federation (VYF), the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association and the Hanoi Young Business Association.

By January 4, 2022, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association had transported and handed over 1,000 8-liter, 200 40-liter, 30 7-liter, 20 10-liter oxygen cylinders, and other medical equipment to the Hanoi chapter of the VYF, according to Nguyen Duc Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union chapter in Hanoi.
The transportation of oxygen cylinders and medical equipment to various localities across the city will be undertaken by rapid response teams from the Pickup Vietnam Club.
Accordingly, medical volunteers will stand by around the clock to support COVID-19 patients who are in need of oxygen while serving the call center, transporting and installing oxygen cylinders and medical equipment, assisting COVID-19 prevention and control work, and so on.
After the launching ceremony, the VYF’s Hanoi chapter handed over 1,200 oxygen cylinders and medical equipment to 30 districts and town throughout the city.
