Since 2006, the whole army has built around 12,000 houses, contributed VND 600 billion to the Gratitude Fund, taken care of more than 1,400 heroic Vietnamese mothers, and provided jobs for over 200 children of war invalids and sick soldiers.
The officer hoped that the delegates would continue mobilizing their children, grandchildren, and locals to strictly follow and implement the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies.
