The program received support and collaboration from the Traffic Police Department under the Ministry of Public Security, the provincial People’s Committee and Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
At the event, AIA Vietnam presented 60 bikes and 5 five education insurance certificates (worth VND 20 million each) totaling VND 210 million, to 65 disadvantaged children in the province.
Ben Tre is the 10th province after Bac Ninh, Thai Binh, Hung Yen, Thai Nguyen, Nghe An, Quang Binh, Quang Nam, Gia Lai, and Binh Duong to have benefits of this program in 2016. This year’s journey will include 12 events across the country and the organizing panel will present 1,070 bikes to underprivileged children nationwide.
