After a year of launching, the press award attracted the participation of many reporters and press agencies nationwide. The organizing board received 163 works from 22 press agencies and selected 77 works to enter the final round.

As a result, the People’s Army Newspaper (PAN) and Hanoimoi (New Hanoi) Newspaper were honored with the excellent awards, while there were three A, five B (including one for the PAN), seven C, and 15 consolation prizes, to name but a few.

This year’s works were well prepared in both contents and forms, reflecting issues related to the Party building and rectification and political system building, contributing to promoting dissemination quality about Hanoi. The results showed their high responsibility and love for the capital city of Vietnam.

Addressing the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi municipal Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong affirmed that the press award has been organized since 2018, contributing to raising the quality of dissemination work in Party and political building in Hanoi.

The PAN bags the B prize on building Hanoi’s Party and political system in 2022.

2022 was the fifth year in a row that the press award had been held so far, affirming the care of the city’s Party Committee in promoting the role of press agencies in their dissemination work on the city’s Party and political system building. This was also an occasion to honor reporters and press agencies who had made contribution to this task.

On this occasion, on behalf of the Standing Committee of Hanoi Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong launched the sixth Hanoi’s press award on Party and political system’s building in 2023.
