Ho Chi Minh municipal Party Committee meets with senior retired officials

During the meeting, Deputy Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and Chairman of the municipal People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong briefed delegates on the city’s achievements on economy, culture, society and defense-security this year and the implementation of special mechanisms for the city as well as set targets and orientation for 2018 to build the city into a smart one.

Mr. Nguyen Thien Nhan mapped out leadership solutions and special policies as well as difficulties facing the city. He also expressed his thanks to the senior officials for their enthusiasm and constructive opinions during the event and hoped they would continue contributing to the city’s development.
