Voters expressed high appreciation for the session’s results, particularly personnel work and major policies adopted by the 16th National Assembly, as well as socio-economic performance at both national and local levels amidst ongoing challenges. They also raised practical and thoughtful concerns focusing on social welfare, food safety, and the recurring issue of agricultural overproduction leading to price drops. Representatives of the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee and relevant departments clarified and addressed issues within their authority.

On behalf of the National Assembly deputies' delegation of Tay Ninh province, General Nguyen Trong Nghia received opinions falling under central authority. In his remarks, he congratulated the Party organization, authorities, and people of Tay Ninh for organizing meaningful activities marking the Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day, the 51st anniversary of the South Liberation and National Reunification Day (April 30), and International Workers’ Day (May 1). He also expressed concern over the continued difficulties faced by a portion of the local population, noting that the Party and State consistently listen to and address legitimate aspirations of the people through timely and practical policies aimed at stabilizing livelihoods and promoting sustainable socio-economic development. He called on all levels and sectors to adopt more comprehensive and timely measures to better improve both material and spiritual life for the people.

On this occasion, on behalf of the Ministry of National Defense, General Nguyen Trong Nghia presented busts of President Ho Chi Minh to agencies, units, and localities in Tay Ninh province, and awarded certificates of merit from the Minister of National Defense to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the elections of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 tenure. He also presented gifts to policy beneficiary families and disadvantaged households in the area.
