A TV team from the Arte Television Channel, a Franco-German TV network and a European cultural channel, will be in Vietnam this April to shot a 45-minute documentary about the tortoise of the Sword Lake.
As revealed by Foreign Press Centre, under Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the team will make the documentary, “Legend of the Restored Sword Lake” or “Searching for the Sacred Tortoise”, from April 23rd to May 11th.
Dr. Ha Dinh Duc, Associate Professor, Doctor Mai Dinh Yen and some other representatives from the Steering Board of the Sword Lake Tortoise Rescue Program, Hanoi Science and Technology Department and Asian Tortoise Program will offer consultancy and necessary documents.
This documentary will be directed by Director Wolfgang Luck and shot by cameraman Wolfgang Rebernik.
Dr Ha Dinh Duc said that, in addition to Arte Television Channel, La7 TV Channel, a private Italian television channel, had made contact with him to shoot a film on environmental education via the story of the Sword Lake Tortoise.
