Upon receiving ballot boxes, ballots, and related election materials, members of Polling Team No.4 at Polling Station No.14, together with relevant forces, promptly began their assigned tasks. The preparations were carried out in an orderly and coordinated manner, from setting up ceremonial gates and hanging banners and slogans to posting the official list of candidates. All decorations and arrangements were completed carefully in strict accordance with the guidelines of the Truong Sa Special Zone Election Committee.

As evening approached, election awareness programs were broadcast over the island’s loudspeaker system, helping voters better understand the significance of the election, relevant legal provisions, and their rights and responsibilities as citizens.
