Every year, when Tet comes, the Vietnamese Embassy and Vietnamese enterprises in Cambodia visit, and grant presents to the overseas Vietnamese community, thus encouraging them to unite with each other, overcome difficulties, and maintain solidarity between the two countries.

Earlier on January 21-22, Vietnamese Ambassador Vu Quang Minh led a delegation to visit over 1300 families of Vietnamese Cambodians living in the Tonle Sap Lake who are now temporarily relocated in Chong Kok village of Phsar Chhang district, Kampong Chhnang province.
