Memorial and burial service held for fallen soldiers in Binh Thuan
PANO - The authorities of Binh Thuan province and the provincial Military Command jointly held a memorial and burial service on August 13 for four martyrs at Binh Thuan provincial War Cemetery in Hong Son commune, Ham Thuan Bac district.

The remains of the martyrs were found in Khanh Tai area, Hiep Phuoc quarter, Cho Lau townlet (Bac Binh district); Da Ban area, Liem Hoa village, Hong Liem commune (Ham Thuan Bac district); and Lac Hung 2 quarter, Lac Tanh townlet (Tan Linh district) in July 2024.
According to Senior Colonel Ngo Minh Luc, Political Commissar of the Binh Thuan provincial Military Command, Binh Thuan was one of the fiercest battlefields during the two resistance wars, where thousands of soldiers in the province and other provinces across the country laid down their lives.
In the time to come, the Binh Thuan provincial Military Command - the Standing Office of Steering Committee 515 of the province - will actively give advice and coordinate with relevant forces to promote the search for information about martyrs’ graves and rebury them at the provincial War Cemetery.
