Troops and militiamen accompany flood-hit people in Dien Bien

Hundreds of officers and soldiers from Regiment 82 of Division 355 and Regiment 741 of the Dien Bien provincial Military Command have wholeheartedly helped local people overcome the consequences of the flooding.
