General Giang hoped that Cu Chi’s party committee, authorities, armed forces and people will continue to promote solidarity, self-reliance, overcome difficulties, concentrate on socio-economic recovery and development in the new normal situation, as well as stay ready to respond to a possible new COVID-19 outbreak caused by Omicron variant.

In her speech, Ms. Vo Thi Kieu Tien, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front’s Cu Chi district chapter thanked the MR7 Command and its partner for their timely support and encouragement, contributing to tightening the solidarity between troops and civilians and beautifying the noble image of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in the mind of locals.

The program was part of the activities in celebration of the 77th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army (December 22, 1944-2021), the 32nd anniversary of the All-People’s Defense Festive Day (December 22, 1989-2021), and 76th founding anniversary of Military Region 7 (December 10, 1945-2021).
