MR4 Command visits heroes of People's Armed Forces, martyrs’ families in Thanh Hoa province

The delegation also offered incense in tribute to soldiers of Military Region 4 who have sacrificed their lives since 2005 and their families living in the province.

At each stop, Major General Hoang Duy Chien extended warm regards and deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of the Heroes of the People’s Armed Forces and martyrs in the cause of national building and defense. He encouraged their families to uphold the proud traditions, contributing to educating younger generations about patriotism, revolutionary spirit, and pride in the traditions of Military Region 4, building a prosperous and civilized homeland.

Reportedly, the Military Region 4 Command sent four delegations to visit and present gifts to 24 Heroes of the People’s Armed Forces who previously served in its affiliates and are now living in the region and in Hanoi. The delegations also offered incense to 64 martyrs who died while on active duty in the Military Region since 2005, whose families currently reside in the area.

This meaningful activity reflected the deep gratitude of the Military Region 4 Command for the dedication and sacrifice of past generations of its officers and soldiers. It also embodied the nation’s noble tradition of “When drinking water, remember its sources,” inspiring today’s Military Region 4’s troops to continue performing their duties with excellence in the new situation.
