Learning about her situation, the Kien Tuong town Military Command, other units and benefactors, contributed VND 50 million to the construction cost of this 70sq.m “great unity” house.

* On the same day, the Uong Bi city Military Command provided financial support for the construction of a “great unity” house to the family of soldier Ly Van Nhat in Quan Dien - Khe Than village, Thuong Yen Cong commune, Uong Bi city.

Soldier Ly Van Nhat, enlisted in the military in February 2024, is currently serving at Company 2, Battalion 1, Brigade 454 under Military Region 3.

Knowing about his family’s difficult conditions, the Uong Bi city Military Command supported VND 30 million to help Nhat's family stabilize their life; thereby, Nhat will feel secure to fulfill all assigned missions

This is also a practical activity to celebrate the 80th foundation anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army.

* The Commando Officer Candidate School held a ceremony to inaugurate and hand over a house to the family of non-commission Senior Captain Vien Dinh Thang in Group 2, Tan Binh residential area, Xuan Mai townlet, Chuong My district, Hanoi.

The construction of the 55sq.m house started in late May at a total cost of VND 450 million, of which VND 80 million was donated by the school.

After four months of construction, the house was completed as planned, ensuring good quality.

At the ceremony, Senior Colonel Bui Quang Thanh, Deputy Political Commissar of the Commando Officer Candidate School, and local authorities gave financial support and gifts to Thang’s family.
