The program was jointly organized by the Military Youth Advisory Board and Political Departments of Military Region 2, the Vietnam Coast Guard Command, Army Officer Candidate School No.1, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, the Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel), the Ha Giang provincial Military Command, Military Command of Xin Man district, and Party Committee and authorities of Nan Xin commune. 

Within the event, the organizing panel presented four houses; livelihood models of pigs raising to 10 women; donated office equipment to the Women's Union of the commune and 230 Tet gifts to members of Women’s Union and needy students, and policy families. The organizers also visited and handed over gifts to troops of Xin Man Border Post. The total cost of the program was VND 500 million.

Also during the program, the Military Youth Advisory Board delivered leaflets and disseminated information to enhance women’s knowledge of and encourage them to strictly observe the Law on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control, sanctioning of violations, and the Party’s guidelines and State’s policies and law, contributing to foiling any schemes of hostile forces to firmly protect the socialist republic.
