Merit certificates of the Chief of the General Department of Political Affairs presented to excellent collectives and individuals |
He emphasized that mass mobilization is not secondary but a fundamental, long-term political task of the military, the responsibility of all officers and soldiers. Therefore, he urged building a strong contingent of mass mobilization officers with professional skills, practical experience, and influence among ethnic groups and religious communities, helping improve the quality and effectiveness of the movement.
Gen. To also called for maximizing synergy, close combination of “good mass mobilization” and political task performance, promotion of the role of community leaders and religious dignitaries to detect and prevent “self-evolution” and “self-transformation,” thus safeguarding political and social stability in the new situation.
At the event, 75 collectives and 72 individuals with outstanding achievements were honored with certificates of merit of the Minister of National Defense and the Chief of General Department of Political Affairs.
