Brigade 189 inaugurates comrade house in Nghe An province
PANO - On July 31, Naval Brigade 189 of the Naval Service held a ceremony to inaugurate and hand over a comrade house to non-commissioned Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Van Truong, a technical staff of the brigade, in Son Ha village, Thanh Linh commune, Thanh Chuong district, Nghe An province.
Reportedly, non-commissioned Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Van Truong’s family faced critical housing difficulty. Truong’s kids are small while his wife has an unstable job. Thus, the brigade’s chain-of-command proposed to higher levels to support him to build a new house.

After three months, the construction was completed on an area of nearly 70 square meters and put in to use as scheduled with good quality. His family received VND 80 million from the “For the poor” Fund of the Naval Service.
During the event, the unit leaders and local authorities presented some necessities to Truong’s family.
The new house helped the recipient’s family soon overcome difficulties and well fulfill all assigned tasks in the time ahead.
