The conference concluded that, under the direct leadership of the Central Military Commission (CMC) and the Ministry of National Defense, the Party Committee of GDP’s Organs had led agencies and units to successfully fulfill all assigned tasks during the first half of 2026, with several areas achieving outstanding results. It effectively directed relevant agencies to pro-actively study, monitor, assess and accurately forecast situational developments, while promptly providing guidance on Party and political work. These efforts helped reinforce the Party's leadership over the military and strengthen its political foundation. The Party Committee also ensured the successful completion of both routine and unforeseen missions, while maintaining unity, cohesion and absolute organizational security.

In his concluding remarks, Sr. Lt. Gen. Le Quang Minh acknowledged the achievements made during the first six months of the year and identified areas requiring further improvement. He called on Party Committee members to take prompt corrective action within their respective areas of responsibility.

Looking ahead, he emphasized that the Party Committee will focus on thoroughly implementing the CMC's conclusions on military and national defense tasks, as well as Military Party Organization building. He underscored the guiding principle that safeguarding the nation "early and from afar" must begin with the ability to detect potential risks early, make long-range assessments and take pro-active action. He also stressed the importance of implementing the principles of “two steadfast commitments, two accelerations, and two preventions," together with the guiding motto of the "Five strengths" and "Four Strategic Orientations," in accordance with the directives of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and State President To Lam, Secretary of the CMC.
