At the working session, MR4 Commander Lt. Gen. Ha Tho Binh reported on outstanding outcomes in military and defense task implementation, and disbursement of public investment capital of the local armed forces’ affiliated agencies and units.
Over the past time, MR4 Party committee and Chain-of-command embraced and directed the realization of the Party and State’s standpoints and policies on Fatherland building and defense in the new situation.
Under their direction, affiliates have effectively given recommendations to the local party committees, authorities to lead the comprehensive and effective performance of military and defense duties. Attentively, some duties have been excellently completed and received high appreciation from the Central Military Commission and the MND.
In addition, they have well carried out investment and capital construction plans and programs in line with regulations of the State, the MND, and the Law on Public Investment and ensured their progress, quality, as well as promoted investment efficiency.

In his concluding speech, the deputy defense minister acknowledged and spoke highly of MR4’s achieved results. He asked the MR4 Command to continue directing its affiliated agencies and units to meet major tasks while focusing on improving the synergy, combat strength of the region’s armed forces, building regular, green, clean, and beautiful barracks, speeding up progress of projects with legal disbursement, and ensuring good spiritual and material life for troops.
The same day, Gen. San and his entourage checked the progress of the building of barracks of Thua Thien Hue provincial Military Command’s organs and presented gifts to the project’s contractors and related units.
