MR4 Command inspects economic units on duty in Laos

Particularly, the delegation checked the units’ implementation of combat readiness, production and business tasks, mass mobilization work while presenting gifts to the Military Region 4 Command and conveying lunar New Year greetings to the whole officers, soldiers, and laborers from its economic units under the Corporation for Economic Cooperation.

In addition, the working mission inspected the search and collection of fallen soldiers’ remains teams from the military commands of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Binh provinces, visited the Mekong Hotel and the Lak Xao Infirmary, offered incense in tribute to Vietnamese volunteer troops and advisors who sacrificed their lives during the war in Laos.

On this occasion, the delegation paid a visit and extended lunar New Year greetings to Lao Defense Minister General Chansamone Chanyalath, Lao Deputy Ministers of National Defense Senior Lieutenant General Thongloi Silivong and Lieutenant General Vongkham Phommakone, other Lao leaders, military units, and Vietnamese defense attaché to Laos.
