Military troops actively participate in green Sunday event
PANO - The Youth Union organization of Brigade 161 launched a “Green Sunday” program on March 7 in Da Nang city.
The event attracted nearly 130 cadres and Youth Union members.

After the launch, youth union members cleaned beaches, and flower gardens in the locality where the unit is stationed, trimmed branches, cleared bushes along an over 1.5km road in the unit and collected waste.
According to First Lieutenant Phan Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union organization of Brigade 161, such an activity is regularly carried out by the unit’s young officers and soldiers to protect the environment, respond to climate change, and help build a green, clean and beautiful environment in the unit.
