To better care for locals’ health, the hospital worked with the local authorities and military forces to actively prepare medical equipment, medicines, and doctors with high qualifications for this program.
In addition, the hospital also organized cultural exchanges and presented gifts to needy local students, policy beneficiaries, and war veterans. The program was part of the hospital movement in response to the campaign "Joining hands for the community's health".
* Also on November 13, Division 9 of Army Corps 4, in association with the Red Cross Society of Ho Chi Minh City and Bac Ha Parish (Cu Chi district), offered free health checkups and medicines to over 400 needy patients in communes of An Phu, An Nhon Tay, Phu My Hung and Cu Chi town. The participating units also introduced the Party's guidelines and State's policies to local people.
