This digital platform enables the management, analysis, and direction of anti-crime operations within the Vietnam Border Guard Command.
From 2020 to 2025, the force has made significant breakthroughs in technical work, achieving remarkable effectiveness in task performance, contributing to minimizing risks and casualties for troops on duty.
In acknowledgement of the force’s efforts and achievements, the Drug Prevention and Crime Oppression Department has been honored with the “Hero of the People’s Armed Forces in the Renewal Period” title by the Party and State and many other prestigious awards. On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, the department was awarded the First-Class Feat-of-Arms Order for its outstanding results in combating drug crime.
In the time ahead, drug crimes, human trafficking, and illegal border crossings in border and coastal areas are expected to become increasingly complex. To address these challenges, the Drug Crime Prevention and Crime Oppression force will focus on effectively implementing directives from the higher levels while safeguarding national sovereignty and border security.
