Deputy Defense Minister urges better preparation for level-2 field hospital
PANO - Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Chi Vinh highly valued initial outcomes in preparation of the level-2 field hospital during his working visit to Military Hospital 175 on July 13.

Gen. Vinh, member of the Party Central Committee, permanent member of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Minister of National Defense and Head of the Steering Committee of the Ministry of National Defense (MND) on United Nations Peacekeeping Operations led a delegation of the MND to work with the military hospital on training and preparation for the field hospital’s deployment.
Having been reported on the field hospital’s organization and having directly checked its warehouse and equipment, Gen. Vinh highly appreciated the good coordination among relevant agencies, the Vietnam Peacekeeping Center and Military Hospital 175 on operating the field hospital, promoting expertise of its personnel, raising more funds for it and obtaining achievements in foreign relations.
Gen. Vinh emphasized that the deployment of the level-2 field hospital to a future UN Peacekeeping Mission is an important political mission, actively contributing to the country’s defense external service and improved the national status. Therefore, he urged related agencies with a high determination to perform their misions in an active and serious manner.
He asked Military Hospital 175 to continue inviting more domestic and international experts to help improve professionalism and foreign language skills for the field hospital’s staff as well as to better Party and political work and improve material and spiritual lives of its personnel.
