Defense leader pays tribute to heroic martyrs at Po Hen National Historic Site

The Po Hen Martyrs' Monument was originally built in October 1993 by the Quang Ninh Border Guard Command. After multiple renovations and upgrades, it was recognized as a provincial historical site in 2014 and later designated as a national historical site in 2022.
