At the working session with the unit’s leadership, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San was reported on the outcomes of the regiment’s task performance in 2022, its combat readiness plan and preparation for the upcoming lunar New Year (Tet) festival.

Accordingly, the regiment strictly implemented resolutions and directives of higher levels on training missions and combat readiness, directed its affiliates to build concrete plans, practiced exercises, and collaborated with relevant forces to grasp all situations, contributing to effectively responding to unexpected issues.

In addition, the unit has well prepared for the farewell ceremonies for discharged soldiers as well as facilities and materials for the new recruits training in 2023.

Speaking at the event, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San acknowledged and highly praised the regiment for its outcomes in 2022 and its preparation for the upcoming Tet 2023.

He required the unit to continue maintaining high combat readiness, collaborating with relevant forces to grasp all situations, and providing timely recommendations for higher levels. In addition, the unit should review its force, vehicles, plans for combat readiness, fire prevention and control, and search and rescue tasks.

On the occasion of the upcoming Tet festival, the deputy defense minister presented gifts and wish troops of Regiment 43 good health, solidarity, high combat readiness, and fulfillment of all assigned tasks.
